These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shrimahakaldham.com and the booking of puja, yagya, paath and related services ("Services") offered by Jyotish Samadhan ("Shree Mahakaal Dham", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing a booking you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

1. About the Services

• We arrange for pujas and rituals to be performed by experienced pandits at Shree Mahakaal Dham, Amleshwar (near Raipur, Chhattisgarh) or at other suitable places of worship, on your behalf and in your name (sankalp).
• Puja descriptions on the website explain the traditional purpose and significance of each ritual according to Hindu religious belief. They are provided for devotional purposes only and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
• Photographs, videos or prasad may be sent to you after the puja where mentioned in the puja description. Live participation is subject to availability.

2. Booking

• You must be at least 18 years old to book. By booking you confirm that the details you give (names, gotra, birth details, address, phone, email) are accurate. We are not responsible for a puja performed with incorrect details supplied by you.
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment and send you a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We will contact you within 24 hours of confirmation with the puja date and time.
• The preferred date and time you select are a request; the final schedule depends on the pandit's availability, auspicious muhurat and temple timings. We will inform you of any change.
• We may decline or cancel a booking for any reason (for example if the puja cannot be performed on the requested date); in that case the full amount paid will be refunded.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the pandit's dakshina, puja samagri and, where mentioned, prasad dispatch within India, unless stated otherwise on the puja page.
• Payments are accepted through our authorised payment gateway partner (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your payment credentials.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Prasad delivery

Where prasad is offered, it is dispatched by courier or post to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please ensure the address and phone number are correct; we cannot re-send prasad returned due to an incorrect address. Prasad is a sacred offering and is not sold as a product.

6. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login and OTP details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, images, logos, videos and design — belongs to Jyotish Samadhan or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to post false or offensive content.

9. Limitation of liability

Our Services are religious and devotional in nature. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, temple closures, etc.).

10. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about a booking or the website, please contact us using the details below. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 working days.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
